Return & Refund Policy
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return & Refund Policy:
- Company refers to Techpoint International Computer.
- Customer / You refers to any individual or entity purchasing products from the company.
- Products refer to all items sold by the company, including IT hardware, networking devices, printer toner cartridges, mobile phones, tablets, accessories, and software licenses.
- Order means a confirmed purchase made through the company's store or authorized sales channels.
- Business days refer to official working days in Kuwait, excluding public holidays.
Return Eligibility
- Customers may request a return within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase.
- To be eligible, products must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In original sealed condition
- Returned with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase
- Products that are opened, used, damaged, altered, or not in their original condition will not qualify for return or refund, except where a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Electronic licenses, software keys, or digital products once issued, activated, or accessed.
- Products with opened or broken seals.
- Consumable items (including printer toner cartridges) once opened, unless defective at the time of purchase.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, electrical faults, or unauthorized repair.
- Items sold under special offers, discounts, or clearance, unless defective upon sale.
Refund Method & Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, where applicable.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
- Any applicable transaction or bank charges may be deducted from the refund amount, where permitted.
- Cash refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with company policy and applicable local governing laws.
- Refunds will not be issued until the return has been verified and approved.
Exchange vs Refund
- Where applicable, the company may offer an exchange instead of a refund.
- Exchanges are subject to:
- Product availability
- Compliance with return eligibility conditions
- If there is a price difference between the exchanged items, the difference will be paid by or refunded to the customer accordingly.
- A refund will be issued only if an exchange is not possible or not approved.
Gift Items
- Any complimentary or promotional gift items provided with the purchase of a product must be returned along with the main product in order to qualify for a return or refund.
- Gift items must be returned in unused, unopened, and original condition, where applicable.
- If a gift item is not returned, is used, or is damaged, the company reserves the right to:
- Deduct the value of the gift item from the refund amount, or
- Reject the return or refund request altogether.
- Gift items provided as part of a promotion, bundle, or special offer are not refundable or exchangeable on their own.
- Free Gift—No Cash Value: Complimentary gift items are provided as part of a promotion and have no cash value. Gifts are non-refundable and non-exchangeable and must be returned with the main product for any approved return or refund.
Inspection & Approval
All returned products are subject to inspection by Techpoint International Computer. The company reserves the right to approve or reject any return or refund request based on product condition and compliance with this policy.
Policy Updates
Techpoint International Computer reserves the right to update or amend this Return & Refund Policy as required. Any changes will apply to purchases made after the update date.
